Dynamic Inventory Administration

The Joseph Company has developed an easy-to-use solution for e-commerce site owners and their employees to maintain inventory on their website.

Our solution is a password protected and secure "back-end" site that enables you to log in, view, update, add, or delete items in your inventory. Changes made on this end of the site are immediately reflected on the presentation "front-end" of the website. The system can be specialized to fit your unique product line whether you carry ten or ten-thousand products.

How It Works

Once a special address is entered in the browser, the site administrator will be prompted for his login name and password.



After the administrator has logged in, a complete list of the inventory will be displayed.



From this screen, products can be searched, added, updated, or deleted. If the user chooses to update a product, a screen similar to the one below will be displayed allowing them to change everything from the product id, product name, description, price, category, sub category, weight, and image. The Joseph Company completely customizes each version of its shopping cart, so the fields can be modified to fit your products.



The user can also browse for images to be associated with the products. An online image picker is also available. It features an easy-to-use point and click interface similar to a normal folder within windows.
